Firearm Safekeeping

Gunforce provides secure firearm safekeeping services for customers who require temporary storage of firearms and related equipment. All items are stored securely and managed by experienced staff in accordance with applicable firearm regulations.

Charges

A minimum charge of $25.00 per item applies for the first two weeks of the safekeeping period.

After the initial two weeks, a charge of $10.00 per item per week will apply for every week thereafter.

Payments

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required when placing an item into safekeeping.

If the expected safekeeping duration exceeds three months, a $60.00 non-refundable deposit will apply.

Payments are due at the start of each month and may be made in store or via card details.

Collection

When collecting any item from safekeeping, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to Gunforce to allow staff to prepare the firearm or items for collection.

Forfeiture

In the event that outstanding payments exceed the agreed value of any individual firearm and associated accessories, ownership of the firearm and accessories may be forfeited in lieu of payment. In such circumstances Sportsforce Pty Ltd may take ownership of the items to recover outstanding safekeeping costs.
